KVKK Notice.

1. Data Controller

Under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK"), your personal data is processed by IDMOTION Medya ve İletişim Ticaret Limited Şirketi ("IDMOTION") acting as data controller, within the scope described below.

2. Personal Data Processed

The name, e-mail address, company/brand information, project type and message content you share through the contact form on our website, as well as the technical data required for the site to operate (IP address, browser type, time of visit), may be processed.

3. Purposes of Processing

Your personal data is processed for the purposes of responding to your enquiries, running project and proposal processes, establishing and maintaining the business relationship, fulfilling legal obligations, and operating the website securely.

4. Legal Basis and Method of Collection

Your data is collected through the website form, e-mail and other electronic channels, by automated or non-automated means, and is processed on the legal grounds set out in Article 5 of the KVKK: "establishment or performance of a contract", "fulfilment of a legal obligation" and "the legitimate interest of the data controller".

5. Transfers

Limited to the purposes above, your personal data may be transferred to our business partners, to suppliers from whom we receive services (hosting, e-mail infrastructure and similar) and to authorised public institutions, in accordance with Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK.

6. Retention Period

Your data is retained for as long as the processing purpose requires and for the limitation periods set out in the applicable legislation; at the end of this period it is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.

7. Your Rights

Under Article 11 of the KVKK you have the right to: learn whether your personal data is processed; request information if it has been processed; learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used in line with that purpose; know the third parties to whom it has been transferred; request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data; request deletion or destruction; request that these operations be notified to third parties to whom the data has been transferred; object to a result arising against you through analysis by automated systems; and claim compensation for damages caused by unlawful processing.
